Dr. Mauricio Arguello received a degree in dentistry and orthodontics from the University of Detroit Mercy. He has been a respected member of the greater Detroit dental community and to different dental organizations such as the Michigan Association of Orthodontist, American Association of Orthodontist, American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Hispanic Dental Association, and Healing the Children.

Dr. Arguello has experience in childhood, adolescent, and adult orthodontics. Even though he loves to treat children and adolescents, adults make up a large part of his practice. Dr Arguello has a particular interest in the management of temporomandibular joint dysfunction and the treatment of skeletal imbalances requiring both orthodontic and surgical correction. He has developed a reputation as a caring and devoted practitioner for his patients, as well as being recognized as a dedicated mentor in his teaching responsibilities in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy.

Dr. Arguello has many years of experience in professional volunteer efforts providing surgical and orthodontic care for impoverished children back in his native country. Dr. Arguello is married and has two children. He devotes his free time to his wife Clemencia, his daughter Natalie, and his son Camilo.

Dr. Arguello is commited to the education and genuine care of his patients.
